Ruby Ojiakor gifted her mom a new house as a New Year’s gift.
Ruby Ojiakor, a popular Nigerian actress, has become the latest celebrity to secure a home for a loved one in 2023.The movie star shared the good news with fans after she presented her mother with her own house this new year. Idoamebo reports.
Taking to her official Instagram page, Ruby shared a series of photos of the beautiful new property, much to the joy of fans.
In the caption of the post, the actress explained that it was her New Year’s gift to her mother, who is her role model and prayer warrior.
Not stopping there, she explained how people used to troll her for using an old car, living in a rented apartment, and not wearing designer items. According to Ruby, she would have been a very stupid person if she got all those things while her mother did not have a good place to lay her head.
She then noted that even though the new house gift is too small for her mother, she has promised to do more. “But I will be the most stupid person on the planet,” she says, “to have all these things” when you don’t have a good place to lay your head “and have a sweet bath.”
Mummy, may God continue to bless you and keep you for me. I know this gift is too small, but trust me, I promise to do more for you. “I love you, mum.”
