Even if the African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2023) has come and gone, history will not be complete without mentioning The AKMODEL GROUP’s visit.
The Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (DR.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, took some top selling realtors of the brand, the Marketing and Media Team, to support Nigeria’s team, The Super Eagles, at the just concluded African Cup of Nations (AFCON 2023) event hosted by Ivory Coast.
The finals were played in Cote d’Ivoire between the Super Eagles and the host country team.
Nigeria mauled South Africa (4-2) while Ivory Coast defeated DR CONGO (1-0) to reach the finals.
According to Dr. Odegade, “As a patriotic citizen, it is always a great honour to wear the green-white-green colours of Nigeria and support ourselves in any part of the world, this is one of the reasons we are here too.”

Though the game ended in favour of the Ivoriens, Nigeria’s Super Eagles were the true African Champions.
